Tim O'Hare, the firm's founder, is an experienced Dallas personal injury lawyer who has represented thousands of clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, throughout Texas, and all across the United States. Tim was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. A graduate of R.L. Turner High School in Carrollton, Texas, Tim attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he received a BBA in Finance and lettered on the Longhorn football team. He attended law school at Southern Methodist University and practiced law with a Downtown Dallas insurance defense firm, as well as one of the largest personal injury firms in the Metroplex, prior to founding The Law Offices of Tim O’Hare in 2001. Tim and his wife Christen are members of First Baptist Church of Carrollton. Tim and Christen have one daughter and hope to add to their family soon. Tim has been active in his community for most of his adult life. He currently serves as the President of Christian Legal Society - Dallas and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association's Public Forum Committee. David Ragsdale, Personal Injury Attorney

Since graduating from law school, David Ragsdale has devoted his professional life to the representation of individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Hunt Bonneau was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended Abilene Christian University where he lettered in two sports, football and baseball.

After graduating from ACU, Hunt attended law school at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where he was a Mock Trial Champion and a Graduate Assistant Coach on the Pepperdine Baseball Team. Hunt and his wife, Amanda, live with their 5 children in Coppell. The family attends Gateway Church in Southlake.
