Tim O'Hare, the firm's founder, is an experienced Dallas personal injury lawyer who has represented thousands of clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, throughout Texas, and all across the United States. Tim was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. A graduate of R.L. Turner High School in Carrollton, Texas, Tim attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he received a BBA in Finance and lettered on the Longhorn football team. He attended law school at Southern Methodist University and practiced law with a Downtown Dallas insurance defense firm, as well as one of the largest personal injury firms in the Metroplex, prior to founding The Law Offices of Tim O’Hare in 2001. In addition, Tim recently completed a term as President of one of the local Rotary Clubs. He also served the City of Farmers Branch as Mayor/City Councilman from 2005-2011, stepping down to spend more time with his family.

David Ragsdale, Personal Injury Attorney
Since graduating from law school, David Ragsdale has devoted his professional life to the representation of individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
